Regarding the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ITOCHU Corporation, ITOCHU TC Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., and Yazaki Corporation for the development of remote control systems for construction machinery and remote business construction.
The four companies, ITOCHU Corporation, ITOCHU TC Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., Yazaki Corporation, and ARAV, agreed to build a cooperative structure for the business development of remote control systems for construction machinery and signed an MOU.
Through this, we aim to start selling retrofittable remote control devices specialized for hydraulic excavators and carrier dumps and providing maintenance packages within fiscal 2023.
