I want to tackle unexplored challenges hand-in-hand with the CEO.

Q.Please tell us about your career.

I joined a major automotive parts manufacturer as a new graduate, where I was responsible for performance, vehicle, and reliability testing of electrical and hydraulic components.
I was fortunate to work in the experimental department, which offered the most direct contact with hardware. I was involved in everything from individual product evaluation to system-level assessment, benchmarking, and failure analysis.
I eventually served as a team leader, ensuring product quality through reliability and durability.
Later, I was seconded to a major automaker’s production engineering department, where I handled process planning and mass production launches for body parts. I particularly led the prototype process for structural components using dissimilar metals. I joined ARAV Inc.
in February 2021 as the very first employee.
While starting as a technical engineer, I expanded my role into customer relations, requirements definition, technical sales support, and project management.

Q.What was your motivation for joining ARAV Inc.?

By nature, I have always sought new challenges.
After gaining experience in automotive development, prototyping, and mass production, I felt a strong desire to learn new fields, so I self-studied AI, web technologies, and communications.
Deciding to change jobs, I sought a role that combined my manufacturing hardware knowledge with programming, which led me to robotics—a field that also solves social issues.
I wanted a flexible, merit-based environment to accelerate my growth.
I discovered ARAV Inc.
and was drawn to the personality and vision of the CEO, Shiroku.
I felt a strong desire to push forward alongside him.

Q.Please tell us about the projects you are currently working on.

My main focus is contract development projects based on customer needs.
We are developing customized Teleoperation systems for industries like construction, steelmaking, and waste management.
My role spans technical development and project management, including providing technical advice for orders, surveying sites, defining specifications, managing tasks, and providing post-delivery maintenance.
I manage multiple parallel projects involving communication and video requirements, focusing on optimizing system configurations and UI design for specific network constraints.
I am also working on two new developments: a common in-house Teleoperation package for the medium term and more long-term technical research. Additionally, I handle the improvement of internal infrastructure and app platforms to reduce employee workloads.

Q.Please tell us about your future dreams and vision.

I want to run alongside the vision and dreams of CEO Shiroku. There are still many unexplored challenges to solve.
Currently, the world is far from the sci-fi future I imagined as a child, and I want to create things that bring us closer to that future.
Shiroku’s vision is my own, but I am not just a follower; I frequently make my own proposals. We have a relationship where we can speak honestly to each other, which makes for a great working environment. Personally, I will continue to create valuable things that help society and work sites move forward.
I remain committed to pursuing truly meaningful technology from a user-centric perspective while focusing on my own growth.
