Q. What was your motivation for joining ARAV Inc.?
Construction DX at ARAV Inc. was a completely unknown field to me. However, that unknown world sparked my interest.
Seeing talented people working on high-impact social projects, I applied, believing I could grow through new learnings.
My policy is to always absorb new things through work.
Although I applied for a sales admin role, I learned during the interview that I would be the first person in this position.
While slightly anxious about the lack of precedent, I positively viewed it as an opportunity to build the role myself and took the plunge.
Q. Please tell us about the projects you are currently working on.
As the sole sales administrator at ARAV Inc., I handle diverse tasks.
My main project is planning for a major upcoming construction trade show.
I am managing tasks via Gantt charts to set up our booth and promote solutions.
I am also creating our company catalog from scratch.
In a startup, roles aren’t rigid; I often handle unexpected tasks, such as recently updating the website for the first time.
Despite having no prior experience, I caught up quickly with team support.
It might look tough from the outside, but I enjoy the stimulation every day.
Q. Please tell us about your future dreams and vision.
As ARAV Inc. is a young company where rules aren’t yet fully established, I want to organize internal processes as an administrator to create a stress-free environment for everyone.
The employees here are truly respectable, driven by a desire to help customers and contribute to society. Being inspired by them keeps me positive.
I aim to be someone who anticipates needs before they are voiced—proactively identifying and implementing improvements to support the company’s growth from the back end.

I have built a career across various companies.
I started in marketing at a financial institution, followed by experience in real estate, PR, and entertainment.
I am highly curious and dive into anything that seems interesting. My history of job changes stems from a desire to challenge myself and expand my world through new learnings.
My previous role in the entertainment industry was enjoyable, but the company faced business difficulties. While searching for a new career path, I encountered ARAV Inc.
